    • PERFORM MULTIPOINT INSPECTION
    • -12mm in front and 11mm in rear. Well within spec at this time.
    • -Confirmed A/C system under performing. -Recovered 0.11 lbs and performed vacuum test. Held vacuum for 25 minutes. -Recharged system and monitored line pressure to confirm proper operation. -Pressure check within spec of 28 psi low and 181 psi high. -System currently blowing well within spec.

    • -Scanned vehicle. -Found multiple faults stored related to check engine light; boost pressure, oxygen sensor, vanos system. -Worked through test plans. -Checked turbo/ boost operation – confirmed operating normal and within specs. Concluded this fault was consequential. -Tested and monitored oxygen sensor voltage. found sensor slow to respond and others near threshold limits. -Inspected and found vanos solenoid sticking and connectors saturated in oil. -Recommending replacing vanos solenoids on both banks and change oil with 0W-30 as first step.
    • PERFORM LUBE, OIL, AND FILTER CHANGE.
    • Camshaft Solenoid Adjust Remove And Replace
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • -Valve cover leaking oil. Recommending valve cover replacement due to warping. -Brake fluid flush due. Message on. -Cabin and engine air filter replacement due. -Daytime running light inoperable. Recommending diagnosis. -Hood struts inoperable. Recommending replacement.

    • -Can not confirm if oil change is due at this time. No history on vehicle and no window sticker. German Car Service recommends an oil change interval of 5,000 miles. -Tire Pressure Monitoring System malfunction. Tried resetting but couldn't. Left front sensor may be damaged. Recommending taking vehicle to a tire shop for repair.
    • -Noticed vehicle has rough idle. -Scanned DME. -Found faults for variable valve lift. -Tested solenoid. Found it does not make it to target value. Suspect solenoid is sticking. -Recommending replacing solenoid as first step then rechecking.
