- -Scanned vehicle. -Found multiple faults stored related to check engine light; boost pressure, oxygen sensor, vanos system. -Worked through test plans. -Checked turbo/ boost operation – confirmed operating normal and within specs. Concluded this fault was consequential. -Tested and monitored oxygen sensor voltage. found sensor slow to respond and others near threshold limits. -Inspected and found vanos solenoid sticking and connectors saturated in oil. -Recommending replacing vanos solenoids on both banks and change oil with 0W-30 as first step.
- PERFORM LUBE, OIL, AND FILTER CHANGE.
- Camshaft Solenoid Adjust Remove And Replace
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
- -Valve cover leaking oil. Recommending valve cover replacement due to warping. -Brake fluid flush due. Message on. -Cabin and engine air filter replacement due. -Daytime running light inoperable. Recommending diagnosis. -Hood struts inoperable. Recommending replacement.
