    • TECHNICIAN TEST DROVE AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE NOISE. UPON INSPECTION FOUND FRONT ROTORS ARE BADLY GROOVED & WORN. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND FRONT BRAKE DUST SHIELDS BENT & TOUCHING THE KNUCKLE AND BRAKE ROTORS. MORE PROMINENT ON THE LEFT SIDE. TECHNICIAN BENT BACK AND STRAIGHTENED SO NO LONGER MAKING CONTACT. COULD OF BEEN THE NOISE CUSTOMER WAS CONCERNED WITH.
