LED bulbs do not carry the same current as an OEM bulb, tricking the car to think a light bulb is out. Fast flashing is used as a warning that a bulb is out. Recommending reverting to OEM bulbs. -Replaced tail light with customer supplied part due to original light housing being broken. -Recommending replacing housing and plug for passenger side light due to damage.
