    • -Confirmed customers concern. -Operated lock manually and confirmed okay. -Scanned vehicle. -Found multiple electrical faults stored related to door control unit and alarm system. -Confirmed voltage supply. -Inspected harness and found multiple breaks and loose contacts. -Recommending repair to the wire harness as first step then rechecking lock operation.
    • OIL PAN GASKET – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 Lower
    • -After repair to harness was completed, able to establish communication to power drivers window, lock button, trunk release, and fuel door. -Found drivers door lock actuator has an implausible signal. Actuator shorted internally. -Recommending replacing door lock actuator (latch) as next step then rechecking.

    • -NO WARRANTY on customer supplied parts. -Found left side tail light hard wired to right side tail light. -Traced problem to fuse #23 being burnt out, causing factory wiring to not work. -Removed all non OEM wiring and rewired correctly using the OEM harness. -Replaced fuse and found all lights working at this time. -Turn signals are flashing fast due to LED bulbs being used. LED bulbs do not carry the same current as an OEM bulb, tricking the car to think a light bulb is out. Fast flashing is used as a warning that a bulb is out. Recommending reverting to OEM bulbs. -Replaced tail light with customer supplied part due to original light housing being broken. -Recommending replacing housing and plug for passenger side light due to damage.

    • -Scanned vehicle. -Found multiple faults stored related to power management, unauthorized waking and communication faults. -Performed energy diagnosis, power management monitoring, charging system monitoring, and tested battery. -Traced concern to faulty signal from drivers door handle. -Recommending replacing or disconnecting exterior door handle electrical circuit and drive vehicle on longer trips. -Disconnecting handle will deactivate proximity sensor to unlock door upon touch.
    • DISCONNECT DRIVERS DOOR HANDLE ELECTRONICS.
    • HEADLAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – One Side
    • -Found intermittently faulty xenon light bulb in left headlight. Recommending replacement. -Oil leak at oil filter housing gaskets. Recommending repair in the near future. -Powertrain fluid service due. -Spark plug replacement due.

Recommending to monitor. -Brake pad life good, but rotors were not resurfaced when replaced last. -Front shock top hats popping through mounts. Looks to not be seating properly. -Rear tires are rubbing against mud flaps. Not proper size. -Engine cover missing bushing. Recommending replacement.
