    • Technician, notes on inspection found front brake pads to be metal to metal inner pads on the passenger side has more aware than driver side. Technician notes calibers may be sticking, might need calipers, and then your future of where it continues to happen that way. Technician at this time recommends pads, rotors and sensors and a brake fluid flash. Technician also note, found body damage underneath undercarriage technician. Also notes on test drive notice a clicking noise would need time to diagnose while coming to a stop. Based on history in miles of vehicle, vehicle may be due for other services.

TECHNICIAN TESTED AFTER MARKET BATTERY SHOWING WEAK, UNDER PERFORMING AND NOT RELATED TO DME. UNDER FILLED BY 0.5-0.7 LITERS. TECHNICIAN FOUND OIL CONDITION AGES AND DARK, FOUND OIL FILTER COLLAPSED. TECHNICIAN SCANNED DME AND FOUND MULTIPLE FAULTS STORED RELATING TO OIL PRESS CONTROL. TECHNICIAN WORKED THROUGH TEST PLANS, TESTED OIL LEVEL/CONDITION SENSOR AND MONITORED ENGINE OIL PUMP PERFORMANCE AND OPERATION, READINGS WERE INTERMITTENTLY MARGINAL. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS TO REPLACE VALVE COVER ASSEMBLY AND VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY TO ADDRESS OIL LEAK(S) WITH OIL SERVICE. TECHNICIAN ALSO RECOMMENDS TO REPLACE UNDER PERFORMING OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH TIMING CHAIN KIT AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.     • Technician was able to perform vacuum pump and oil service successfully. However, technician still notes oil pump, and Val cover are still going to be an issue. Recommends both of those components to be replaced very soon. Also technician recommends to do the timing chain as a preventative maintenance when doing the oil pump repair. Technician notes vehicle is due for multiple services and vehicle has a warning light on for light system.
