Services Performed
- The technician confirmed the customer's concern regarding the passenger side window not rolling up. After conducting tests, it was determined that the window motor is faulty. The technician recommends replacing the window motor as the first step. They were able to bypass the motor to get the window to roll up, but noted that the window may fall down since the regulator is not holding when the motor is inactive. Additionally, the technician suggests that the vehicle may require other services due to its history and mileage. An exhaust leak has been identified that needs further diagnosis, and there is also evidence of oil seepage around the engine compartment that requires attention.
