    • The technician confirmed the customer's concern regarding the passenger side window not rolling up. After conducting tests, it was determined that the window motor is faulty. The technician recommends replacing the window motor as the first step. They were able to bypass the motor to get the window to roll up, but noted that the window may fall down since the regulator is not holding when the motor is inactive. Additionally, the technician suggests that the vehicle may require other services due to its history and mileage. An exhaust leak has been identified that needs further diagnosis, and there is also evidence of oil seepage around the engine compartment that requires attention.

    • Confirm customers concern, warm air coming out of the vents very slightly. Tested proper operations of HVAC, recirculation and Tumblr flaps/mixture door actuation and operations. All are working properly at this time. Thermostat is properly opening and closing. Confirm operations. Pressure test cooling system and found no leaks. Vehicle held 15 psi for 15 minutes. Found coolant quality type to be just water and no coolant. Tech notes this plays a major role in heating/cooling operations of engine and heat components. At this time technician is recommending a coolant flush and putting proper coolant in the cooling system and retest.
    • Technician was able to do coolant flush Successfully eliminated all air pocket in the system, at this time temperature is at spec. Technician recommends to monitor system if symptoms return we will need more time to diagnose

    • -NO WARRANTY on customer supplied parts. -Found left side tail light hard wired to right side tail light. -Traced problem to fuse #23 being burnt out, causing factory wiring to not work. -Removed all non OEM wiring and rewired correctly using the OEM harness. -Replaced fuse and found all lights working at this time. -Turn signals are flashing fast due to LED bulbs being used. LED bulbs do not carry the same current as an OEM bulb, tricking the car to think a light bulb is out. Fast flashing is used as a warning that a bulb is out. Recommending reverting to OEM bulbs. -Replaced tail light with customer supplied part due to original light housing being broken. -Recommending replacing housing and plug for passenger side light due to damage.
