- technician was able to confirm customers concern. Vehicle does not want to start. Technician was able to scan vehicle down multiple low battery voltage faults stored in the DME. Technician was able to run through test plans found that starter is not operating causing vehicle not to start at this time technician recommend Starter to be replaced recheck. Technician notes vehicle has a leak oil leak sway link on the passenger side faulty not installed properly based on history and Miles vehicle is due for services.
