- technician confirmed, HVAC blower fan noise when operating. Confirm rodent activity in engine Bay. Technician was able to follow rodent activity along. Firewall technician notes blower motor is full of debris from rodent making a nest. At this time technician recommends to remove blower motor, clean it, and replace cabin filter, hopes blower motor not to be compromise. If so, technician recommend to replace blower motor. Technician notes based on history and miles of vehicle, vehicle may be due for other services
- 31 INSPECTION
- technician replaced cabin air filter. Remove blower motor and clean HVAC system as best as possible. Reassembled confirm no noise is longer present. Also took vehicle on road test on road test did get warning light for hood to be open. Would need time to diagnose.
