    • PERFORM LUBE, OIL, AND FILTER CHANGE.
    • PERFORM MULTIPOINT INSPECTION
    • -12mm in front and 11mm in rear. Well within spec at this time.
    • -Confirmed A/C system under performing. -Recovered 0.11 lbs and performed vacuum test. Held vacuum for 25 minutes. -Recharged system and monitored line pressure to confirm proper operation. -Pressure check within spec of 28 psi low and 181 psi high. -System currently blowing well within spec.

    • -Scanned car and found faults related to turbo charger. -Inspected and tested wastegate; seemed to be in normal working order. -Inspected intercooler and hoses for damage. None found. -Inspected vacuum lines gong to wastegate for damage; none found. -Inspected catalytic converter for internal damage which would hinder turbo flow. None found. -Inspected turbo internals; all normal. -Found excess oil coming through aftermarket oil catch can and oil is being drawn through intake coating mass air flow sensor. Oil contamination can cause communication problems between sensors causing the turbo to deliver improper boost at times. -Recommending removal of oil catch can and reverting back to stock system then cleaning the mass air flow sensor and re-testing. -Fault code is sporadic and could possibly be a erroneous message from DME. -Topped off oil level. -Topped off washer fluid.
